Our 16-bucket type curding machine was installed in a new factory (The 4th factory) of “Otoufu Factory Ishikawa” headquartered in Takahama-shi, Aichi-pref. They developed various kinds of hit products by their motto, “To make a product that we want to feed our own children”.
Their product lineup includes various types, such as tofu snacks, bread, and prepared food items. They also run a mobile catering business.
In May 2019, they appeared on a TV show, Cambria Kyuden. They are so energetic, and their further success in the future is greatly anticipated.
