In August 2025, we successfully installed our continuous soymilk cooker “M-II” at a tofu maker in Kanto region of Japan.
With a processing capacity of 210kg of dry soybeans per hour, this model is non-defoamer production type and is capable of automatic cleaning. Using domestic organic soybeans and pure natural spring water, their tofu delivers a rich soybean flavor and a naturally sweet taste that truly stands out.
The customer has trusted and used MASE’s cooker for many years, and this installation is a renewal with the same model.
