MASE’s continuous cooker stably heats slurry, keeping nutrients of soybeans well enough.
This is the second time for them to purchase MASE’s cooker. Their product quality has become more stable, and production volume has been increasing. They seem to be very busy in a good way. Their nicely packaged firm tofu is available at main supermarkets in UK. Variations of vegetable protein products in UK have been increased, and market demand is expected to increase further.
