We recently installed “Tofu Shop Mini” at a specialty Sundubu restaurant in Gangnam, Korea.
The store is also equipped with our “Mini Star” system, allowing them to produce fresh soy milk in-house as part of their daily operations.
While Sundubu is one of the most popular Korean dishes, it is still quite rare to find restaurants that use freshly handmade tofu.
We will continue to support their efforts in producing high-quality, delicious tofu.
