Kikuta Foods Co., Ltd. is a long-established tofu factory founded in 1949 in Ebetsu City, Hokkaido. In September 2021, we introduced NETOPIA system to them.
(Processing capacity: approximately 1,300 pieces / h) Previously, production was done manually. However, their silken deep-fried tofu has become highly popular, with order volumes increasing year by year.
With automation now in place, productivity has improved, and the workload on employees has been reduced, which has been very well received.
